• Train the Trainer Programme Rolls Royce 2026

I was invited to deliver my three day Train the Trainer programme for the subject matter experts at Rolls Royce L&D centre in Derby in April 2026. This programme is designed to introduce the experienced SME to trainer essentials, including personal brand, presention, public speaking and facilitation techniques, the principles of ADDIE and evaluation.

“So glad to hear the course went well and my instructors participated well and got fully immersed in it … they certainly talk very highly of the course and how good it was. Thanks so much for delivering this course … we would be very happy to have you back again.”

    Learner responses

Learners were invited to comment on course objectives achieved, trainer knowledge, expertise, delivery style etc, most useful part of the workshop, how will you use your new knowledge, skills mindsets, and any further comments.

“(Objectives achieved) Fully – lots of chance to practise, try calming nerves and use feedback from all the class to improve … (Trainer) Very knowledgeable and brought in real life relatable occurrences to illustrate training … (Most useful) Dealing with nerves and for my role, analysis develop and evaluate – where I will be taking most of my time with stakeholders … (I’m going to) Slow speech down! Sell myself more and make sure engine project leaders know who I am and what we offer. All good, thankyou”
