I delivered a solo research project to support the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s future Senior HR Business Partner Development Programme, and collaborated on a project to turn three existing CIPD short courses [HR Essentials, HRBP Masterclass and HR Analytics] into a product to market in the Middle East and Far East.
Key skills and delivery
Establishing and running a needs analysis interview programme with the Heads of HR network, to gather their insights into the role and development needs of the senior HRBP.
Producing an online survey to analyse senior HRBPs’ learning preferences and needs, in collaboration with Research and Marketing teams.
Designing a proposal for an innovative blended learning programme for CIPD’s SMEs to develop, including online, face to face and networking elements, corporate role play and forum theatre, and delivering my recommendations.
Giving feedback on content, delivery quality and customer impact of existing CIPD courses and events for continuous improvement.

I led and managed an innovative new project creating a new Public Service Pensions Code of Practice e-learning product.

During my six-month contract, I led the Leadership and Management development programme for the Financial Ombudsman Service at Canary Wharf, creating and delivering programmes improving the FOS management capability over a period of rapid expansion and organisational development.
My sphere of influence included HODs, ombudsmen and adjudicators, HRBPs, learning and development consultants and associate business coaches.

As an Immigration Officer serving at the Primary Checkpoint immigration front-line at Gatwick Airport, Document Fraud Detection specialist and Forgery Team Coordinator, I used my strong customer service, interpersonal and investigative interviewing skills to combat illegal immigration, smuggling and human-trafficking.
