Pension scams are a major concern to TPR, especially for vulnerable customers.
I was asked to create a brand new session designed to raise awareness across the Customer Support team to help them serve their customers and support their needs.
I researched and wrote the content, developed it in collaboration with their SME trainers and piloted it to their teams.
