Developing and delivering a needs analysis system and a guide to group leader facilitation skills

Delivering career development master-classes and coaching sessions in confidence-building, CV-writing, self-marketing and presentation skills, to inspire colleagues

Collaborating with policy, research and communications teams

Leading stakeholder discussions, influencing high level decision-making and project policy

Conducting learning needs analysis – I identified a significant gap in early audience research, championed and influenced a new research project and worked with research team and a specialist company to gather the knowledge necessary to support the new E-learning

Developing workplace outcomes, learning objectives and work packages with the client

Creating an evaluation plan using the Kirkpatrick method

Delivering a project plan to write, build and deliver a range of online learning solutions to meet the agreed objectives and audience needs

Collaborating with the head of the public service pensions team, project manager and E-learning manager to achieve support for my solutions

Supervising a team of two subject matter experts writing high quality learning scripts

Creating guidelines for SMEs on writing clear Plain English online learning products

Supervising and reviewing all learning material creation

Online products include key point summaries, checklists and scenarios for discussion and action learning sets

E-learning products include modules, assessments and evaluation

Facilitating expert reviews of all material

Collaborating with policy-maker, subject matter and legal advisers, E-learning and web specialists, graphic design and communications teams to deliver high quality products
