Key achievements

I designed and delivered challenging induction, operational, technical and personal development courses for Immigration and Customs Officers

I created a new UK-wide network of trainers charged with delivering Keeping Children Safe training at the highest level to all front-line officers, combating the trafficking of children into the UK for forced labour, organ theft, organised crime and prostitution

The detection of forged and counterfeit security documents, delivering to UKBA, police and security staff in the UK and to airline employees in Europe, Ukraine, USA, Canada, South Africa, Yemen, Turkey and Gabon

Credibility: Identifying the behavioural indicators of deception and the motivated deceiver, testing and assessing the credibility of an account

I designed, delivered and managed a training course for a profoundly deaf Immigration Officer

I led the Presentation Skills training programme for colleagues

I identified and proved a business need for Advanced Presentation Skills training for senior managers, then created and delivered a successful two-day pilot event as a solo project
