I’m Philippa Hammond, Learning, Development and Performance Consultant / Facilitator / Trainer.

I design, deliver and evaluate corporate L&D programmes, workshops and 1-1 personal and professional development, both in-person and on-line.

My work delivers new knowledge, skills and mindsets, changes behaviour and delivers the results and RoI you and your business need to succeed.

Over the last few years, my contracts have ranged from one hour to eighteen months.

I’ve most recently worked with The Civil Aviation Authority International, The Pensions Regulator, Autism Unlimited and the University of Chichester.
